Nikkelin 200 (UNS N02200) ja 201 (UNS N02201) välinen ero
Nickel 200 and 201 plates have excellent corrosion resistance to caustic soda and other alkalis. They perform best in reducing environments but can also be used under oxidizing conditions that form a passive oxide film. They are used in aerospace, chemical and petrochemical processing, food processing, and marine and water treatment applications. Nickel 200 and 201 are highly ductile over a wide temperature range and can be easily welded and machined through standard shop fabrication practices.
Nickel 200 (UNS N02200) and 201 (UNS N02201) are dual certified wrought nickel materials. They only differ in the maximum amount of carbon present - 0.15% for Nickel 200 and 0.02% for Nickel 201.
Nickel 200 plate is generally restricted to use at temperatures below 600ºF (315ºC) because at higher temperatures it may undergo graphitization, which can severely impair performance. At higher temperatures, Nickel 201 plate should be used. Both classes are approved to Section VIII, Division 1 of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Nickel 200 steel plate is approved for use in temperatures up to 600ºF (315ºC), while Nickel 201 steel plate is approved for use up to 1250ºF (677ºC).
Both grades have excellent corrosion resistance to caustic soda and other alkalis. The alloy performs best in reducing environments but can also be used under oxidizing conditions that produce a passive oxide film. They are resistant to corrosion by distilled water, natural water and flowing seawater, but are susceptible to corrosion by stagnant seawater.
Nickel 200 and 201 are ferromagnetic and exhibit highly ductile mechanical properties over a wide temperature range.
Both grades can be easily welded and machined through standard shop fabrication practices.

Nickel200 alloy has the following properties:
Nickel200 is pure commercial (99.6%) nickel with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, high thermal and electrical conductivity, low gas content and low vapor pressure.Nickel 200 application areas:
Equipment required to manufacture industrial sodium hydroxide under high temperature conditions above 300°C.
Food processing equipment, salt refining equipment.
Mining and marine extraction.
Ni201 is a pure nickel material, also known as UNS N02201. It is an ultra-low carbon pure nickel alloy with a content of up to 99.6%. It contains almost no magnesium, silicon, aluminum and other alloying elements. It has excellent corrosion resistance, strength, toughness and wear resistance at room temperature. It is a kind of High-quality metal materials widely used in chemical technology, aerospace, medicine, food processing and other fields.
Compared with Ni200, Ni201 contains lower carbon content and therefore has better corrosion resistance and welding performance in some special environments. Ni201 material can be applied at high temperatures, can withstand high temperature and high pressure environments, has excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and can withstand a variety of challenges in the fields of conductivity and magnetism.
Ni201 is widely used in chemical reactors, storage tanks, pipelines and equipment, semiconductor material manufacturing, high vacuum equipment, aerospace fuel tanks, atomic energy equipment, medical equipment, food processing equipment, etc.
